North Block Region
- Uptown, in the North Block Region, lies driving power of The City. Prestigeous leadership from within the City Hall closely oversees the symbol of scientific progress and victory over illness, the University Hospital. It was safe living in the North Block, until the Syndicates took over.
West Field Neighborhood
- The Neighborhood between the monumental Cathedral and University Hospital houses the working class of The City. Good people, ambitious to improve their lifestyle... easy prey to build a resiliant mob from.
Eastern Precinct
- Situated nearby City Hall and under tight supervision of the Police HQ, the Eastern Precinct Neighborhood is an ideal hideout to start building some real punching power.
South City
- Under the shadow of the Cathedral and with the Police HQ within the vicinity, the South City Region becomes an attractive base to initiate your authority over rival Syndicates by manipulation and intimidation.
